Since its founding in 1946, Riegler GmbH & Co. KG has been dedicated to processing plastics. Over the years we have extended our portfolio and added new locations to satisfy customer demand.
Our services cover development and construction of plastic articles, tool manufacturing and article production using injection and extrusion blow moulding technology, assembly, compounding and logistics.

Since 1996 we have been DIN ISO 9001-2000 certified. In 2004, we opened a new manufacturing and administration building with a total of 3,000 m2 in Nieder-Ramstadt near Darmstadt. Our clean room capacity for injection, blowing and assembly, class 7 ISO 14644-1, is currently 1,500 m2. We follow the latest principles of clean room technology. Filtering methods and air purification units specially designed for plastic processing insure that contaminants are effectively removed from the air. Equipped with protective clothing and materials and using special procedures, our staff produce and handle PCR and ATP-free articles. Well-known corporations in the biomedical engineering, diagnostics and life-science industries obtain their plastic injection parts, bottles and system articles from us.
In 2008 we will open new clean room facilities for all production areas, bringing our total capacity to over 4,000 m2.
Today we employ approximately 150 dedicated employees. Our customer base not only consists of industry leading enterprises but also a large number of small and medium businesses and public sector customers.
