The utilisation and combination of different production technique enables as to produce both high-quality individual components as well as turnkey solutions.
Injection moulding
50 injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 220 to 2,100 kN allow us to produce parts with a shot size up to 400g. The majority of our machines operate in class 7 clean rooms conforming to ISO 16644-1 (class 10000).
Extrusion blow moulding
16 extrusion blow moulding machines make it possible for us to produce bottles or hollow shapes with volumes between 5 ml and 6 l. For pharmaceutical and biomedical applications we have extensive laminar flow equipment. We can also manufacture products on the blowing machine directly in sealed PE film clean packs.
Assembly automation
Our modern assembly facilities are installed in clean rooms. We use joining techniques such as ultrasonic and hot-plate welding among others. Tampon printers, labelling and embossing machines as well as bag packing systems operate in our clean rooms.
